The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with clean and modern rooms, making it a pleasant place for a getaway. However, the noise from the street was disruptive, and service at the bistro was lacking, often closing early or being unavailable. Overall, it was a decent stay despite these drawbacks.

Sorting out restaurant hours and significantly improving pool maintenance would be steps in the right direction!!! Addressing the parking fee transparency could also enhance the overall experience for guests!!!

Convenient for Stetson University

The hotel sits in a unique historic location, perfect for exploring local events and Stetson University. The outdoor pool area offers a comfy spot to relax, while the modern shower facilities add a touch of luxury to the stay.

Unfortunately, I encountered a huge stain on the carpet right by the refrigerator in my room, which certainly left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The connecting door to the next room didn't lock properly, which kept me on edge all night. In the morning, I found myself looking for toothpaste and a toothbrush, but there was no one at the front desk and they were out of stock, which was quite inconvenient. I also noticed the property had tarps covering several areas due to storm damage, making the place feel a bit neglected.

We had a cute little King room that was super stylish. The glass walk-in shower was seriously my fave part! Plus, there’s a bistro downstairs serving Starbucks, which is awesome for coffee lovers. One thing though, the restaurant hours were a bit sketchy, closed when we wanted to eat. But overall, loved our stay!

The location near Stetson University is a huge plus. I loved being within walking distance to cafes and shops. The staff checked me in quickly and were friendly throughout my stay. The King Guest Room with Balcony was spacious and cozy. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I found some mold in the bathroom, which was off-putting, and the air conditioning didn’t maintain a steady temperature. It either felt too cold or too warm. Dining at the Bistro was a letdown too. Such a shame because the spot has potential. Overall, I enjoyed my time but hope for better management in the future.
